Carbonization process of lifting carbonization furnace

The carbonization process of the hoisting carbonization furnace can be generally divided into the following three temperature sections.

The first is drying stage. From the start of ignition until the furnace temperature rises to 160 ℃, the moisture contained in the mechanism rod is evaporated mainly by external heat and heat generated by combustion. The chemical composition of the mechanism bar has hardly changed. The second is initial stage of carbonization. This stage mainly depends on the combustion of the rod itself to generate heat, which makes the furnace temperature rise to 160 ~ 280 ℃. At this time, the wood material undergoes thermal decomposition reaction and its composition begins to change. Among them, unstable components, such as hemicellulose, are decomposed to produce CO2, CO, a small amount of acetic acid and other substances. The third is full carbonization stage. The temperature at this stage is 300 ~ 650 ℃. In this stage, the wood material undergoes rapid thermal decomposition, and a large amount of liquid products such as acetic acid, methanol and wood tar are generated at the same time. In addition, combustible gases such as methane, ethylene and the like are also generated, and the combustible gases are combusted in the furnace. Thermal decomposition and gas combustion generate a large amount of heat, which increases the furnace temperature and carbonizes wood materials at high temperature. In order to calcine high-temperature charcoal, in addition to the above three stages, we need to increase heat to continuously raise the temperature in the furnace to about 800 ℃ ~ 1000 ℃. In this way, volatile substances remaining in the charcoal can be discharged, the carbon content in the charcoal can be increased, the graphite structure of the charcoal can be increased, and the conductivity can be enhanced.

That is to say, the problem of environmental pollution caused by thick smoke generated in the carbonization process of common carbonization furnaces is solved, and the problem of heat energy required by charcoal machine equipment is solved. The self-supply and self-sufficiency are fully realized, the continuity and economy of equipment are improved, agricultural and forestry residues are fully utilized, waste is turned into treasure, the contradiction between the tight supply and demand of forestry resources in China is alleviated, and more contributions are made to greening the environment.
