severity of these faults is from small to large. Some serious faults will cause
serious damage to the machine and greatly reduce the machine service life. So

The bearing of the machine is damaged or there is some abnormal during
operation. This situation is often caused by the machine running too long and
not playing attention to the maintenance of the machine, this kind of fault
will increase the load of the motor, and the long time using will cause damage
to the motor, or even burn out the motor.
2.
There are some residual materials produced during the last production in the
machine at the beginning of production. If it is not cleaned up in time, it
will cause the mahcine to be overload next time and damage the motor and
machine when the charcoal extrusion machine is started next time.
3.
The size of raw materials is too large or the moisture content is small. This
situation has the greatest damage to the internal parts of the extruder. If it
is used for a long time and the machine is not maintained and inspected
regularly, it will afftect the production efficiency and service life of the extrudingpress machine.

The materials with higher hardness are mixed in the raw materials. Most of the
raw materials used in the extruder machine are charcoal powder, which has low
hardness and will not cause damage to the internal parts of the machine. When
the raw materials are mixed with some hard materials, the internal parts will
be damaged during the operation of the machine, which will seriously affects
the service life of the machine.

When the machine’s circuit breaks down or burns out during the production
process, the production should be stopped immediately for a full inspection of
the circuit. But when inspecting, operators should pay attention to the safety
and protection work.
